Option 1: Postal service

Kindly send all the requested documents to the address below, and we will return them to you. However, you will still need to submit your documents in person on the day of your biometric appointment. (Note: If sending by post, please include a prepaid self-addressed special delivery envelope).

Option 2: Collection service

Please send us your documents, and we will prepare your file for collection. You can pick it up from our office on the same day as your biometric appointment and then submit your documents to the center.

Option 3: Documentation in Person:

You may also visit our office with all the requested documents, and we will assess them on the same day. However, you will still need to submit your documents in person on the day of your biometric appointment.

Payments

Our service charges will be £60 per person (payable to AVIVA VISAS) for any of the above Three options (EXCLUDING ALL VISA FEES WHICH NEEDS TO BE PAID BY APPLICANTS AT THE TIME OF BIOMETRIC APPOINTMENT) . Our service charges to be paid at the time of receiving an appointment form. Please note if you require express services than there will be additional charges of £20 per person.
