Please find attachment for the purpose of acquiring a Visa. Firstly, please complete attached Visa appointment form and email it to us as soon as possible to attain an appointment.

Benefits/Pension letter (Only if Applicant's on Benefits/Retired)
Business Visa: Invitation Letter (Only Business Visa)
Accountant letter (Only for Self-employed)
Employer's Letter (Only if Employed)
Payslips x3 (Only if Employed)
Three months Bank Statement
Proof of travel: Return Ticket
Proof of Accommodation
Kindly collate all the requested documents and choose from the given options below as per your convenience;
Option 1: Postal service: Kindly post us all your requested documents to the below address and we will post it back to you. Nonetheless, you will need to submit your documents in person on the day of your Biometric appointment. (Note! If you are sending by post please enclose a prepaid self-addressed Special delivery envelope.
Option 2: Collection service: Please post us your documents accordingly we will prepare your file and keep it for your collection. You can collect it from our office on the same day of your Biometric appointment and submit your documents to the centre.
Option 3: Documentation in Person: You can also visit our office with all your requested documents and we shall assess your documents on the same day. Nevertheless, you will need to submit your documents in person on the day of your Biometric appointment.
Payments: Our service charges will be £60 per person (payable to AVIVAVISA) for any of the above Three options (EXCLUDING ALL VISA FEES WHICH NEEDS TO BE PAID BY APPLICANTS AT THE TIME OF BIOMETRIC APPOINTMENT) . Our service charges to be paid at the time of receiving an appointment form. Please note if you require express services than there will be additional charges of £20 per person.
IMPORTANT NOTE: FOR ALL ABOVE THREE OPTIONS, we strongly advise you to provide your valid documents for us to physically verify before you go for your Biometrics. IF YOU DO NOT VERIFY YOUR DOCUMENTS WITH US; AVIVAVISAS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE LOSSES. Appointments once booked are not refundable or transferable.
